We provide flexible service plans for our customers, including monthly, EOM (every other month), quarterly, one-time, and annual service programs. Pick the program that works for you.[br][br][br]
Quarterly
Most of our customers find that the quarterly service is most cost-effective for them. Four visits per year are scheduled for our quarterly service. In the interim, if necessary, we will return at no additional cost to the customer to address any persistent pest problems specified within our agreement. The IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach to pest management is implemented. Included in this approach is the method of thoroughly inspecting the premises, recommending ways to reduce pest harborage areas, recommending ways to improve sanitation, and stopping pest before they enter the home. We apply the necessary pesticide to the home’s exterior, crawl space, and attic areas intercepting the pest’s before they enter the living areas. And we utilize crack & crevice methods of application in hot spots such as the kitchen and bath areas. Service rates are generally in the range of $95 – $125 per quarter for average residential homes.
Monthly
Some new customers may have developed pest infestations before utilizing our services. Or some may have ongoing rodent-related difficulties that require more frequent service and monitoring. Such situations may make monthly service virtually a requirement for control or eradication. Service rates are generally in the range of $55 – $75 per month for average residential homes.

One-Time Service
Some homeowners have never before had the need for a regular monthly or quarterly service. Many times these homeowners do their own pest control with OTC products from Home Improvement stores. But some pest problems may be out of their realm of expertise or comfort level. They don’t need an ongoing service for an entire year. They just need immediate short term professional assistance. Waterhouse Exterminating is glad to provide this assistance without any obligation for the homeowner to agree to a long-term contract. As always the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach to pest management is implemented. Included in this approach is recommending ways to reduce pest harborage areas, ways to improve sanitation, and stopping pest before they enter the home. This is done through application of necessary pesticide to the exterior, the crawl space, and the attic areas stopping the pest’ activity before living areas are invaded. We utilize crack & crevice methods of application of baits and dusts in hot spots such as the kitchen and bath areas. The rate for such services can range from $135 – $175 for average residential homes. In most situations we will then provide up to a 90-day guarantee.
Annual
The annual service is very similar to the one-time service. We will provide a thorough treatment once a year. This service comes with a one year guarantee. Although interim visits are not scheduled, we will return at the customers request to address any of the pests specified in the agreement. As always the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach is implemented. Included in this approach is a thorough inspection, recommendation of ways to reduce pest harborage areas, improve sanitation, and stopping pest before they enter the home. We utilize crack & crevice methods of application of baits and dusts for hot spots such as the kitchen and baths. The rate for this program can range from $295 – $375 for average residential homes.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for the Initial Service:
Our initial service agreements states: “The initial service agreement can be cancelled within 3 business days of its initiation. Any monies forwarded to Waterhouse Exterminating will be refunded provided service has not already been rendered.”
Cancellation Policy for Existing Maintenance Program:
Our cancellation policy for pest control or termite control maintenance programs states: ”Customer may cancel pest control maintenance agreements by providing a 30 day written notice of cancellation”.
Our Guarantee:
If problems persist with pest(s) specified in our agreement,* Waterhouse Exterminating promises to return at no charge during the term of this agreement to correct it. Waterhouse Exterminating requires that if there is sanitation or structural deficiencies on the property/structure that these be corrected in order to provide this guarantee.
